Anankelogy Principles

In response to NR101 step 5.2:

1) My easement orientation: I would say I am more resolve-over-relieve oriented. But admit it may not seem so from other's perspective.

2) My relational orientation: I would say I am more specific-over-general oriented. I've always described myself as detail-oriented. But others may see me in a different light.

3) My conflict orientation: I would say you I am more open-over-closed oriented. Even to the point it may seem I am unwilling to fight where other's believe that fighting is the best option. I do think I'm often misperceived or my intent misinterpreted that way.

I'm conscious of how identifying all three more favorably could draw some criticism. I invite others to kindly and graciously illuminate any of my blind spots. Maybe some view me as more relieving, as generalizing, or as closed in conflict. Characterizing my need-experience orientations as all positive cannot be as good as being able to demonstrate that they are.
