Introducing Wellness Matters
That’s exactly what the new program of Wellness Matters seeks to do. Bring both sides together for a win-win solution.

Wellness Matters
Wellness Matters is the provisional name for the pioneering need-response process that brings both sides of a power differential to cooperatively solve problems by resolving needs.

Need-response follow-up
This follows up the initial alert to a power problem identifying the receiver’s involvement. The previous message followed a basic business professional format.

Power Problem Options & Effects
Avoidance options: When the impactor’s pressure remains subtle and tolerable, the impactee typically opts to avoid confrontation. Adversarial options: When the impactor’s pressure becomes more opaque and painfully intolerable, the impactee likely will challenge the impactor. Mutuality options: Instead of evading or confronting each other, need-response incentivizes mutual cooperation.

impact parity model
Need-response brings the powerful together with the relatively powerless to solve problems, by resolving each other's affected needs. To do this, both sides are put on an equal playing field, called the "impact parity model".

Anankelogy science of needs: testable correlations
Anankelogy invites us to discover the many significant correlations with our objective needs. Proper use of social science can test the veracity of these theorized relations. The findings can give credibility to our efforts to resolve more needs, which then removes more pain and restores more wellness.

Power differentials impact wellness
Power differentials significantly impact the wellness of those under the influence of powerholders. For both negative and positive wellness outcomes.

Public Exoneration of Steph Turner part 2 of 2

Exaction Invoice
The 6th step in the need-response process Authority has the privilege to coerce concessions beyond what the individual is obliged to give up. When unchecked, authority loses its legitimacy to affect the needs of the less powerful. Need-response can turn illegitimate manipulations into legitimate outcomes. PROBLEM: Power Differentials Transactional standard The less two people personally know each other, the more their interactions tend to become transactional. Each side gives

quantifiable evil
Anankelogy recognizes the objective fact of needs and level of functioning from how well such needs get resolved. As social science can separate these from subjective experience and from social and cultural norms, the very idea of evil can now be quantifiably measured.

3 epistemic reliance levels
Belief: Rely upon what one personally thinks as true or not true.
Faith: Rely upon what one's group declares as true or untrue.
Trust: Rely upon continual interactions to accountably improve awareness.

Trans = spiritually compelled gender holism
Nature insists on filling a void. Including the many voids within ourselves. And those voids between others and oneself, prompting intimacy. Gender serves as a key dynamic nature uses to compel us toward balance.

20 emotions existing as objective fact
Your emotions exist as objective facts. Each emotion conveys the fact of your current wellbeing. Here are 20 illuminating examples.

Need direction cycle
Every need exists as an objective fact. Which you subjectively experience only after the fact. Only then do your feelings suggest what you could do to restore your objective functioning. What you then do in response is separate from the objective need itself.

Need-response mutuality process
The 'mutuality process' serves as an answer to the problem of legalistic adversarialism, by affirming the needs of all involved in a conflict.
